Our Fees
Standard residential loans: Our service is generally provided at no cost to you. We are remunerated by the lender when your loan settles.
Complex or commercial loans: In some circumstances, a fee may apply. This will be discussed with you upfront and documented in writing before any work commences.
Commissions We Receive
When your loan settles, we receive commissions from the lender. These typically include:
- Upfront commission: A one-time payment when the loan settles, typically 0.5% - 0.7% of the loan amount (including GST)
- Trail commission: An ongoing payment while the loan remains open, typically 0.15% - 0.25% of the loan balance per annum (including GST)
Commission rates vary by lender and product. Specific commission amounts for your recommended product will be disclosed in your Credit Proposal Disclosure document.
Referral Fees
We may pay or receive referral fees to/from other professionals (such as real estate agents or accountants) for referring clients. Any such arrangements will be disclosed to you.

We may have associations or relationships that could influence our recommendations. We manage potential conflicts by:
